By accessing or using GuQuant ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GuQuant is a quantitative trading learning and analysis platform. We provide:

• AI-generated trading signals based on quantitative strategies
• Educational content about quantitative trading methods
• Tools for users to track and analyze market data

GuQuant is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment manager. We do not provide personalized investment advice or recommendations.

3. No Investment Advice

All signals, data, and content on the Platform are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All trading decisions made through your connected brokerage account
• Understanding the risks associated with securities trading
• Evaluating the suitability of any signal or strategy for your personal financial situation
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Brokerage Integration

GuQuant connects to your brokerage account via OAuth. By authorizing this connection, you grant GuQuant permission to:

• Access your account information (balances, positions, order history)
• Place transactions in your account at your direction

Your brokerage account is held with your brokerage firm, which is a member of FINRA and SIPC. GuQuant is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by your brokerage. Your brokerage does not warrant or guarantee that GuQuant will work as advertised or expected.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should carefully consider your financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives before trading. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

7. No Custody of Funds

GuQuant does not hold, custody, or control client funds at any time. All funds remain in your brokerage account. GuQuant cannot initiate withdrawals, transfers, or deposits on your behalf.

8. Subscription & Fees

GuQuant offers paid subscription plans. Fees are charged as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Free trial offers are subject to the terms specified at sign-up.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, algorithms, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of GLTY Technology Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLTY Technology Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
